We provide in-home and remote technology support for residential clients, including (but not limited to) computer setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, data backup, device configuration, and smart-home integration.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we take great care to resolve issues efficiently, we cannot guarantee that all problems will be solved, particularly in cases involving hardware failure, software limitations, or third-party systems outside our control.
3. Use of Website

Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the payment amount and method are correct prior to sending.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or website form.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make every reasonable effort to ensure quality results, but NorthBay Home Tech Services makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the success of a repair, data recovery, or configuration.
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss during repair or troubleshooting (we recommend you back up all data prior to service)
- Software licensing or compatibility issues
- Damage caused by third-party hardware, software, or internet providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their devices and systems
- Maintaining proper software licenses
- Ensuring backup of all important data prior to any service visit
We may refuse service if unsafe, unsanitary, or unlawful conditions are present.
